Lean Champion Training
P2 trains Lean Champions in an intensive week at Clemson University. The training is a combination of classroom and hands on experience in implementation. The four working tours provide examples ranging from poor to excellence in Lean manufacturing. These public workshops allow for cross pollination of ideas from across industry.
Lean Transformation
The Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC) has contracted with member company P2 to deliver these public workshops:

Private Workshops
Both public and private formats have their advantages.
Lean Champion Training
For companies desiring to train ten or more Lean Champions we have held private meetings. Some have been held at Clemson University and others have been held on the host company's locale. The private meetings allow for a more specific focus on the individual organizations opportunities.
