Public Workshops and Webinars
Pubic training has included both onsite and webinar training. Our most recent webinar e-Lean was customized for IPA to improve the Digital Workflow.
Lean Champion Certification Training (Public & Private)
P2 trains Lean Champions in an intensive week at a variety of locations including Clemson University and Fox Valley Training Center. The training is a combination of classroom and hands on experience in implementation of basic Lean tools. Participants are also measured and coached on their ability to facilitate improvement teams. The four working tours provide examples ranging from poor to excellence in Lean manufacturing.
For companies desiring to train ten or more Lean Champions we have held private meetings. Some have been held at Clemson University and others have been held on the host company's locale. The private meetings allow for a more specific focus on the individual organizations opportunities.

What does world class packaging manufacture look like? P2 offers tours to some of the most renowned plants in the world. We all face similar challenges. Witness world class producers' solutions!
In ASIA we visit some of the finest packaging plants in Japan. Participants see some of the world's most productive corrugators and finishing departments. We also visit TOYOTA at the home of Lean: Toyota City!
