In the Visual Workplace it is easy to do things right; and difficult to do things wrong. Team members and leaders work together to organize the workplace for success. 7S
Known by several names such as 5S and industrial housekeeping the practice was created by Toyota in the 1940’s. The methods have passed the test of time in tens of thousands of companies. P2 uses 7S to emphasize the desired results for all participants.
